Playing Catchup!

A lot of fun and exciting things have happened recently! For starters, Kayla got married! David, her new husband, flew to Arizona over Labor Day Weekend and they were married August 31, 2013 during a small outdoor ceremony. Even though we couldn't be in Arizona to be a part of the wedding we were able to watch via FaceTime. We are very excited for David and Kayla and look forward to meeting David this Christmas and finally getting to spend time with Kayla, too!

The Kiss!
Mr. & Mrs. David Arnold! (The Mrs. is
a little excited!)

Josh and I decided a few weeks ago it would be fun to take Wyatt to Chuck E Cheese. MiMi and KPaw met us there and we all had a great time playing some games and watching Chuck E on stage.

Riding in the car with Chuck E!
And the train with Barney!
Giddy up, horsey! Notice his eyes are not
focused on the horse but rather the
basketball game he couldn't get enough of!

Skee Ball action!
And for old time's sake a little Jo and Tina
arcade basketball battle! We won't mention
who won....TWICE! Okay, maybe we will...
I won twice!
Wyatt enjoying his first FunDip...he purchased
this with all the tickets he won!
We also made it back to the Fun Factory recently. Wyatt loves playing on these big inflatable slides! This time Uncle Dave, Aunt WeeBe, and DA came to play, too! Wyatt loves DA!

David Austin sliding!
Juice and snack time!
I have been wanting to take Wyatt to Burns Park all summer. We finally went a couple of weeks ago and Grandpa met us there. I loved playing at Burns Park as a kid so I was excited to take Wyatt. Almost everything has changed since the last time I was there including the Rocket Slide...but it was still as fun as I had remembered!

Army tank at the park!

The new Rocket Slide!
Wyatt LOVED it! And I love his smile!!
We finished off the day with a snow cone!

Wyatt's little buddy, Seth Carson, celebrated his 1st birthday toward the end of August. We had fun celebrating at his Mickey Mouse Clubhouse birthday party!

Wyatt sliding!
Watching Carson open his gifts while fighting
the temptation to help him!
This is how Wyatt ate his cupcake - no hands!
Cupcakes are tricky for a kid who doesn't
like for his hands to be dirty!

One of my best friends, Geneva, had her sweet baby girl, Blakely on September 10. She is a beauty! I loved that school was so close to the hospital. I went over there almost everyday after school to visit them while they were still in the hospital...I even got to help Blakely's daddy with a first diaper change! Ha!
