Today, I started my second semester of pharmacy school. It was so nice to have four weeks off at home with my sweet family! I really enjoyed relaxing and hanging out with Wyatt. Although, I did miss my new friends at school. My first few days of pharmacy school were kind of rough. I did not know a SINGLE person....not even through a friend of a friend. Just as I began to wonder if I had made the right decision the Lord blessed me with some great friends! It has been fun getting to know them and having friends to study and visit with! I am very thankful for their friendships!

Wyatt went back to the babysitter, Mrs. Syliva, today. I know he loves her and really loves playing with his friends, Bailey and Griffin, but I thought it may be a rough morning since he has been at home with me for four weeks. Thank goodness daddy drops Wyatt off and I pick him up because it would be hard for me to leave him upset. It's hard on Josh, too, but daddies are just better at that kind of thing. Mrs. Syliva said he was only sad for a few minutes and then had a great rest of the day playing. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful lady take care of our sweet boy!
Josh and I decided it is time for me to try my hand in taking over the "book work" for Watkins Horticulture. This isn't my first attempt, but I hope it is my last and that I am able to take some of the workload off Josh. He works very hard and he works long hours. I hope that I am able to contribute to his success and to our family by taking over this area of Watkins Horticulture. Coincidentally, this verse was part of my devotional this week:
"So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow."
1 Corinthians 3:7
What a wonderful reminder that we can't grow as individuals or as a family by ourselves. Only God can grow us spiritually. And it is also a great reminder for Watkins Horticulure. God is so great! I love it when He ties things together like this....so obvious that you can't help but notice it was His plan all along.
